1. Can my order be delivered outside of the U.S?

Yes. As our brand continues to grow, we have distributed warehouses in different locations so we can provide you with worldwide shipping.

2. When will my purchase arrive?

All deliveries within the U.S take 10-25 business days.

International shipping can delay further depending on location.

You can select Express Shipping for an additional cost if you desire your order to arrive sooner.

3. How long do you take to ship my order?

We typically fulfill orders and ship them 1-2 business days after the payment was approved.

4. My order has not arrived yet.

In case your order is taking too long, please send us an email so we can provide you further information about your order.

5. How secure is my payment?

To ensure your safety, we use Paypal checkouts, since it one of the safest payment gateways available today worldwide. 

6. Can I make changes to my order?

We encourage you to revise your order well before completing your payment. Send us a message during the first 24 hours after your purchase, so we can help you with any adjustments. After this period, modifications are unavailable.

7. Why was my order shipped in separate packages?

Our warehouses are distributed in different locations, and will be sent out from your nearest with your selected product(s) stock availability.  Don't worry, if one has been sent and another hasn't, most likely they were available in different warehouses, and you will receive your order regardless of this matter. 

8. My package arrived damaged.

Please accept our sincere apologies. Send us an e-mail, so we can send you another free of charge, as soon as possible.
